Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 24, 2026

1. Our Commitment

At Cleepyz we attach great importance to providing equal service to all visitors, and we work so that everyone — including people with disabilities — can browse the site independently, comfortably and with dignity. The site is made accessible out of a commitment to the principles of equality and in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013.

2. Our Approach to Web Accessibility

In developing the site we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.0 at level AA, on which Israeli Standard SI 5568 is based, and run automated accessibility checks as part of our development routine. We do not claim full conformance with the standard — the site has not been audited by an external certification body, and we would rather say so openly than make a claim we cannot back up.

Instead, we commit to something practical: every accessibility issue reported to us will be reviewed, and we will work to fix it — or offer an alternative way to receive the service — within 5 business days of the report.

3. Accessibility Features on the Site

Every page on the site shows a fixed accessibility button (bearing the international accessibility symbol) that opens a menu where the display can be adjusted. The chosen preference is saved in the browser and stays in effect when moving between pages:

  • Increasing and decreasing the text size
  • High-contrast mode, light-background mode and grayscale mode
  • Highlighting links
  • Switching to a readable font and increased text spacing
  • An enlarged mouse cursor
  • Stopping animations and motion on the site
  • Resetting all settings to their defaults

In addition, the site is designed so that:

  • It can be navigated using the keyboard alone, with a clear focus indicator
  • Every page begins with a "Skip to main content" link that lets you skip the navigation menu
  • Its semantic structure (headings, content regions, forms) works with screen readers
  • Every form field and every icon button has a text label
  • It adapts to a wide range of screen sizes and to browser zoom
  • It respects the operating system's "reduce motion" preference

4. Known Exclusions and Limitations

The site is under ongoing maintenance and improvement, and although we invest effort in making all content accessible, it may still contain parts or content that have not yet been made fully accessible. Third-party content displayed on the site is not necessarily under our control and its level of accessibility may differ. We continue to work on improving accessibility as part of ongoing development.

5. Contacting Us About Accessibility

Encountered an accessibility problem on the site, or have a suggestion for improvement? We would be glad to hear from you — such reports are our fastest way to find and fix problems. We commit to reviewing every report and fixing the problem, or offering an alternative way to receive the service, within 5 business days of receiving it.

When you contact us, please tell us the page where you encountered the problem, the action you were trying to perform and the browser or assistive technology you were using — this helps us locate and fix the issue faster.
