1. Acceptance of the Terms

Using the "Cleepyz" service constitutes your full agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, please refrain from using the service.

2. Description of the Service

Cleepyz is an automatic, AI-based video editing studio that cuts silences, transcribes Hebrew and creates clips from long-form content.

3. User Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

4. User Content

You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Permitted Use

The service may not be used for:

• Infringing the copyright or intellectual property of others.
• Uploading unlawful, offensive or misleading content.
• Attempts to hack, reverse engineer or overload the system.
• Commercial resale of the system's output beyond the license of your plan.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time through your account settings; no refunds will be issued for periods already billed, unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of the terms. You may close your account at any time.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update the terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the application and sent by email. Continued use after an update constitutes agreement to the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
